Northwest Autism Center is committed to raising the level of awareness and understanding regarding the challenges families face in raising a child(ren) with autism spectrum disorder.

Our Facilities

Northwest Autism Center launched one of the first Early Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Treatment Clinics for children ages 2 through 5 in January 2014. Since that time, NAC has opened three additional Intensive Clinics which are accessible to children currently enrolled in one of the Washington State managed care plans.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst practices behavioral therapy with young girl. ABA Therapy, autism services in Spokane

We Employ Community based services

Northwest Autism Center provides comprehensive ABA Therapy for individuals through the lifespan with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other disabilities in home and community settings.

Individualized, data-based treatment is coordinated and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is qualified to address socially significant skills in a variety of settings and is licensed with the Department of Health. Further, our Behavior Analysts provide families with ongoing training and support, and collaborate with other service providers to assist with coordination of care.

“Understanding and appreciating the challenges and differences of the people around us is what defines our humanity. When we extend ourselves to understand even one individual who is ‘different’ than we are, we extend ourselves to understand people we have never met, and parts of ourselves we have perhaps never owned.”
