Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)

Northwest Autism Center is currently searching for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our stellar team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to participate in the development and implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programming for in home, community and clinical settings.  At this time, we are giving first consideration to candidates who have experience with developing programs for adolescents and/or adults, or with crisis intervention.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Maintain regular schedule of effective supervision for Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Maintain and deliver high-quality services for assigned caseload of clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessment and write appropriate treatment plans for clients.
  • Design, collect, graph, analyze and report client data.
  • Establish and implement practices to promote the care, safety and health of each client across all environments.
  • Provide direct treatment services to clients, as needed.
  • Provide training and on-going support to assigned BTs.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with client families, colleagues and supervisor.
  • Deliver education and training to families.
  • Coordinate with families, staff and other team members to ensure program consistency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BCBA® certification
  • Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with ASD and other Developmental Disabilities
  • Approved by BACB® to provide BCBA® supervision
  • Experience with ABLLS-R or VB-MAPP
  • Ability to pass background checks and clearances
  • Excellent assessment, intervention, and organizational skills
  • Mature interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with multiple age ranges of individuals (children, teenagers and adults)
  • Ability to work flexible hours
