Schools – T.E.A.M. (P-12) Training Evidence-Based and Applied Models

The mission of T.E.A.M. Outreach is to provide school systems (P-12) with expertise, training, consultation and coaching to build our public education system’s capacity and competencies in providing education and services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other disabilities. T.E.A.M. Outreach is comprised of a team of experts in the field who work directly with school district teams to increase evidence-based interventions and instructional practices with a focus on applied behavior analysis (ABA). These services include:

  • Program Review and Development: This service assists school districts in assessment of current programming and provides guidance for program development with future directions. Ongoing review provides data that help districts monitor and evaluate programmatic progress over time.
  • Training: Available at the team, building or district level and is tailored to meet identified needs and skill sets.
  • Consultation: Structured time to review, discuss, train and provide feedback retrospectively.
  • Coaching: Provides training and feedback in the moment while working directly with students to improve staff skills and increase student achievement.

Comprehensive, multi-year packages with systematic fading of support are available.
