LEGO night 5/15

Lego night is when we get together, bring out buckets of Legos, and build! We also have full Lego sets participants can work on together if they like. The purpose of this program is very much social. Peers can chat while they build, and support staff will provide prompts as needed for each participant to share what they are creating as well as learn about peers. It is also a wonderful way to express yourself creatively. Getting to know people through what they are building and using Legos as a sort of icebreaker as well as fidget makes the rec program even more of a safe space for people to relate to one another.
